There are only four cemeteries in Wareham. Andrew Griffith is in the process of constructing websites for these, including individual gravestone pictures. The cemeteries are:
Agawam Cemetery, on Great Neck Road, has graves from the early-1700's. Andrew Griffith's listing of Agawam Cemetery gravestones, with links to actual photographs, can be found at
Agawam Cemetery Names List
Centre Cemetery, in Wareham Center, has graves from the mid-1700's. Individual gravestone web pages and pictures are in progress for Centre Cemetery. The oldest sections have been completed so far. These may be found at Andrew Griffith's site
Centre Cemetery Names List, which shows a listing of most gravestones in the cemetery, with links to the ones that have been completed to date.
Long Neck Cemetery, in the Onset section of town, has graves beginning in 1846.Andrew Griffith's listing of Long Neck Cemetery gravestones, with links to actual photographs, can be found at

St. Patrick's Cemetery, across the street from Centre Cemetery, is maintained by St. Patrick's Church, and has graves from about 1850. I have copied a lot of the gravestone data, which can be found at
Saint Patrick's Cemetery.
The Wareham Municipal maintenance Department has a searchable database which includes most burials since 1900, and some previous to that. It includes the three Town cemeteries of Agawam, Centre, and Long Neck, and can be found at Town of Wareham Cemetery Datbase
